How payments and communication work.
Payment structure
All packages have flexible payment options:
Option 1: Two payments
- 50% deposit to start work
- 50% on launch (before we make the site live)
Option 2: Three monthly payments
- Available for Professional and Premium packages
- First payment to start
- Second payment mid-project
- Final payment on launch

What we need from you
To deliver on time, we need a few things from you:

Cancellation policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel or pause the project:
- Before work starts: Full refund of deposit, minus any setup costs incurred
- During the project: You pay for work completed up to that point
- You own all the work delivered so far (designs, content, code)
We'd rather you be happy than locked into something that's not working. Cancellations are rare, but the option is there if you need it.
